Role Overview


We are looking for a skilled and driven SEO Executive to take our search engine optimisation efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate will be passionate about increasing organic search visibility, executing data-driven strategies, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends. This person will work closely with our digital marketing team to improve client SEO performance, enhance rankings, and drive targeted traffic to our clients' websites.

Key Responsibilities



SEO Strategy & Execution

: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page optimisation, link building, and technical SEO improvements for client websites.

Keyword Research

: Perform detailed keyword research to identify new opportunities for organic growth, optimising content for targeted keywords and search intent.

Content Optimisation

: Collaborate with the content team to optimise blog posts, landing pages, and web content for SEO performance, including meta descriptions, title tags, and URL structure.

Technical SEO

: Identify and fix technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, indexation problems, and site speed optimisation, using tools such as Google Search Console, SE Ramking, and others.

Link Building

: Execute white-hat link-building strategies, including outreach and content promotion to build high-quality backlinks.

SEO Reporting

: Monitor and analyse SEO performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools. Create monthly reports to communicate key metrics, performance trends, and recommendations to our clients.

Competitor Analysis

: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in SEO strategies and recommend improvements.

Stay Updated

: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure that our strategies remain effective and current.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house role Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, SE Ranking etc.) Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and how to apply them for practical gains Hands-on experience with technical SEO and resolving crawl and indexation issues Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights Good communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO strategies to non-technical team members and clients Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
