to develop and execute strategies that elevate our online presence across both traditional search engines and emerging

generative AI platforms

Reporting to the

Head of Performance Marketing

, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our digital content is discovered, ranked, and presented -- ensuring that we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving search landscape.



Key Responsibilities



SEO & AI Strategy


Develop and implement an integrated SEO and AI optimisation strategy to increase organic search visibility, traffic, and rankings. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages. Stay ahead of SEO and AI trends, algorithm updates, and evolving best practices.

On-Page & Technical SEO


Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g. site speed, mobile optimisation, crawlability). Optimise meta tags, headers, URLs, internal links, and site structure for maximum impact. Partner with web developers to implement improvements and maintain technical compliance.

Content Optimisation


Collaborate with content creators to optimise existing and new content for search performance. Provide guidance on keyword use, metadata, and SEO-friendly writing. Ensure all digital content is optimised for both search engines and generative AI discovery.

Analytics & Reporting


Use tools such as

Google Search Console

,

SEMrush

, and

Moz

to track and analyse SEO performance. Produce regular reports on rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions. Make data-driven recommendations to continually improve results. Monitor backlink health and domain authority growth.

Collaboration


Work closely with the wider marketing team to align SEO with paid campaigns, social media, and content strategy. Collaborate with web developers and designers to embed SEO best practice into site architecture and UX.

About You


Proven experience in SEO or digital marketing, ideally within a performance-driven environment. Strong technical SEO and analytical skills, with proficiency in leading SEO tools. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. A proactive approach to learning and staying current with emerging search and AI trends.
