Role: SEO Executive

The Lounge family is growing! We are looking for an SEO Executive to help us ensure our online presence is fully optimised with the view to maximising online visibility on SERPs.



Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one's skin.



During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As an SEO Executive, you will help our Digital Marketing team in driving growth through Organic Search.



We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is data-driven, analytical and collaborative. Someone who wants to learn the principles of Search Engine Marketing and is keen on developing a career in this area! If you're excited about starting your journey with Lounge and helping us elevate the brand to the next level, this role is for you.

What you will do at Lounge:

Conduct keyword research. Complete Content SEO audits & act based on findings. Complete Technical SEO audits & act based on findings. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of optimisations. Create short and long-form copy for the Lounge.com sites and blog. Monitor industry trends to ensure Lounge remains at the forefront of SEO. Support with the implementation and optimisation of SEO campaigns. Continually ensure that Lounge's websites are healthy and in line with SEO best practices.

We would love it if you:

Have a strong understanding of SEO. Enjoy writing and producing content of a high quality. Have an analytical mindset. Are confident on Excel/Google Sheets, with strong data analysis skills. The ability to work well within a team. Are an effective problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude. * Are passionate about everything digital, and have the desire to test new ideas whilst keeping up to date with industry changes.
