Summary of the position:



As an

SEO Executive

, you'll play an important role in supporting our SEO strategy and delivery across a range of B2B client accounts. You'll work closely with SEO Account Managers and other team members to ensure clients' websites are optimised for success in search engines.

Your responsibilities will encompass both technical SEO and content optimisation, including keyword research and audits, as well as reporting and competitor analysis. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with 1-2 years' SEO experience who is eager to develop their skills further in a fast-paced, supportive agency environment.

You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks supported by other team members.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with SEO audits and technical reviews of client websites Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy and on-page optimisation Optimise existing website content and metadata based on SEO best practices Support technical SEO implementation (e.g., internal linking, crawlability, indexing, site speed) Carry out competitor and SERP analysis to identify opportunities Set up and optimise Google Business Profiles Create performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure recommendations are implemented Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices Provide support to SEO Account Managers with client deliverables and tracking

What we're looking for:



1-2 years' experience in an SEO role within an agency environment A good understanding of both technical SEO and content/on-page optimisation Interest in B2B marketing and an understanding of how it differs from B2C Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites are structured Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good copywriting and communication skills, particularly for business audiences Organised, motivated, and comfortable working across multiple client accounts
