, you'll lead the charge on SEO delivery across multiple client accounts. You'll be hands-on in SEMrush for performance tracking, keyword planning, and audits, and make use of Yoast SEO Premium on client sites to ensure every page is fully optimised for visibility and authority.
You'll lead on all aspects of organic search including technical SEO, content optimisation, link acquisition, competitor benchmarking, and the emerging world of GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), helping ensure clients are ranked inside platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini.
This is a role for someone who can think strategically, get stuck into technical detail, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical clients.
What will you do day-to-day?
Develop and deliver tailored SEO roadmaps for multiple clients based on their sector, goals, and website performance
Oversee technical audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, site architecture reviews, and backlink strategies
Monitor performance in GA4 and Search Console, and translate data into actionable insights
Stay on top of Google algorithm updates, AI-driven changes, and industry trends, and adapt strategies accordingly
Act as the SEO lead across your portfolio of clients, managing communication and reporting with confidence
Audit how clients are currently represented in large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT and Gemini
Implement strategies to influence AI outputs via FAQs, structured data, PR coverage, and authoritative citations
What we're looking for
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably agency-side)
A strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation, and link acquisition
Proven track record of delivering results through SEO
Comfortable using key tools: SEMrush, GA4, Yoast, Search Console, Keyword Insights
Knowledge and passion for GEO and how LLMs are transforming the search landscape
Organised, analytical and proactive - able to manage multiple accounts at once
Excellent communication skills, especially when working with non-technical clients
