We seek an SEO Manager to join our highly motivated team with great expansion plans. The ideal candidate should have solid experience across all areas of SEO, with a deep understanding of how SEO ties into broader digital marketing strategy. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering results-driven SEO campaigns, both for clients and internal projects.
This position will require working closely with our marketing, content, and sales teams and senior leadership.
The individual we seek will have the following experience and be confident in helping to deliver the company's growth and performance goals.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to drive measurable organic visibility and performance improvements.
Own and manage Big Fat Links' internal SEO strategy, including performance reporting, testing, and growth planning.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee content optimisation and collaborate with writers, developers, and outreach teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented at every stage.
Collaborate with content, outreach, and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all channels.
Lead link-building strategies in line with Big Fat Links' service offering.
Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFs.
Keep up to date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments, and communicate these effectively to clients and internal teams.
Communicate findings, progress, and strategy clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Experience -
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience at executive or manager level (agency or in-house).
Strong track record of improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
Excellent understanding of technical SEO and content optimisation
Confident in using industry tools like AHREFs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- able to clearly present strategies to technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable owning projects from strategy to execution.
