SEO & Paid Advertising Specialist

to help us take our digital presence to the next level.

The Role



We're looking for a

hands-on digital marketer

with a strong background in

technical SEO

,

CRO

, and

paid advertising

- especially across

social media platforms

.

You'll be responsible for improving the performance of our websites and paid campaigns through data-driven insights, smart optimisation, and competitor analysis. Using

Google Search Console

, you'll identify growth opportunities, address weaknesses, and help shape strategies that outperform competitors.

You'll also lead

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)

initiatives, focusing on

category

and

product pages

to improve user experience and drive more revenue.

While your main focus will be SEO and paid ads, you'll also support wider marketing projects as assigned - such as content planning, campaign reporting, and creative testing - ensuring the team's overall success.

Key Responsibilities



Use

Google Search Console

,

GA4

, and other tools to uncover SEO opportunities, content gaps, and technical issues. Lead

CRO projects

to optimise key pages (category and product pages) and improve conversion rates. Work with the social media team to plan, build, and manage

paid social media advertising campaigns

(Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) Support

Google Ads

campaigns where needed. Conduct

competitor analysis

to identify and test successful strategies used in the industry. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure marketing best practices are implemented. Use or experiment with

AI tools

(e.g. for data analysis, content ideation, keyword clustering, or ad creative generation) to enhance efficiency and performance. Complete

marketing-related tasks

as assigned, which may fall outside your core duties but contribute to the team's overall objectives.

Skills & Experience



2+ years

experience in SEO, CRO, or paid advertising roles. Deep understanding of

technical SEO

,

site performance

, and

keyword optimisation

. Proven success managing

social media ads

(Meta essential; TikTok and Pinterest desirable). Strong familiarity with

Google Ads

,

GA4

, and

Google Search Console

. Experience using or adapting to

AI-driven marketing tools

(such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, or Midjourney). Analytical mindset -- able to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make clear recommendations. Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and eagerness to learn. Flexible and proactive -- comfortable taking on broader marketing tasks as needed.
