We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

SEO Specialist

with proven expertise in driving online visibility, traffic, and revenue growth. This role will focus specifically on

and

Seasonal ranges

, ensuring our brand and product portfolio dominate organic search results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies across our websites, delivering measurable improvements in rankings, organic traffic, and conversions. With at least

5 years of experience

in SEO, you will bring strong technical knowledge, a creative approach to content optimisation, and a data-driven mindset to help us stay ahead in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to maximise visibility for vaping and seasonal product categories. Carry out detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring. Optimise on-page SEO (metadata, headings, internal linking, schema markup, product descriptions). Oversee technical SEO audits, ensuring websites are fully optimised for crawlability, speed, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals. Work closely with content creators to optimise blogs, landing pages, and product listings for SEO impact. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve product categorisation, user experience, and conversion rates. Manage link-building and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority. Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance, presenting insights and recommendations to management. Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep strategies current and effective. Ensure all SEO activity complies with industry regulations, particularly in restricted markets such as vaping.

Key Skills & Attributes



In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). Strong understanding of technical SEO (site structure, schema, sitemaps, canonicalisation, redirects). Excellent copywriting and content optimisation skills with an eye for detail. Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions. Experience in regulated industries (such as vaping, alcohol, or similar) highly desirable. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for cross-team working.

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in an SEO role is essential.

Demonstrable success in delivering organic traffic growth and improved rankings in competitive markets. Experience with e-commerce SEO, ideally within consumer goods, FMCG, or regulated products. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, WordPress, or similar). Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field desirable but not essential.
