Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Web Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising web content across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies (including AI) and content management systems, as well as a passion for enhancing user experience through engaging and effective content.

Duties



Develop, edit, and publish high-quality web content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. Utilise Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress to manage website content efficiently. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility, including keyword research and optimisation of metadata. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyse traffic trends and user behaviour. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling social media content that drives engagement and brand awareness. Ensure all web content is accessible, user-friendly, and adheres to best practices in design and functionality. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies related to web content management. Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google Tag Manager to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Experience



Proven experience in web content creation or management, preferably in a similar role. Proficiency in HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus. Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is essential. Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with metadata optimisation. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for tracking website performance. Experience in social media management and creating engaging content across various platforms. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
