SEO & Website Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Website Marketing Manager to lead content-led marketing strategies across both our own work and our clients' websites - spanning organic growth, site performance, and paid campaign delivery.

Technology and behaviours change fast, but the principles behind what makes people click, scroll, and buy remain constant. There's no one-size-fits-all approach, but an understanding of what makes people tick and a commitment to follow through - is what drives great work. We're after a hands-on marketing lead who gets this, and who's ready to bring that thinking into everything we build and grow.

Key Responsibilities



SEO and Organic Growth



Own the Organic growth across technical, on-page, and content dimensions Run website audits and optimisations across client and internal websites (mostly WordPress) Use tools like SEMrush, GSC, GA4 to benchmark and track organic performance Deliver keyword research that aligns UX, intent, and content goals Lead link-building and off-page strategy where needed

Content & Campaign Execution



Shape and execute content calendars (blogs, page copy, social posts) Collaborate with designers and devs to brief, review and ship content Benchmark and report on competitors, formats, and engagement patterns

Web Content Admin & UX



Support ongoing content admin on client WordPress sites Use your understanding of layout, UX, and messaging to optimise key pages Contribute to improving how our websites drive performance (CVR, bounce rate, dwell time etc.)

Strategy, Process & Collaboration



Campaign Planning:

Plan integrated campaigns around exciting brands and their products and services, pulling together SEO, PPC, and Content into a conversion busting package with scope for scale.

Process Management:

Maintain marketing boards for clients and campaigns to ensure all tasks are tracked, reporting, and delivered on schedule.

Client Communication:

Set clear expectations, translate complex metrics into actionable insight, and build trusted relationships based on transparency and results.

Reporting:

Deliver monthly reports outlining SEO rankings, paid ad performance, and content engagement with tailored recommendations.

Optional: Paid Media Experience (Nice to Have)

While not core to the role, experience with PPC (especially Google Ads) would be a bonus. This includes running audits, managing ad groups, and optimising landing pages for paid campaigns. We deliver paid campaigns for clients, and your insight here could help us scale that offering over time.

Audit PPC accounts to improve spend efficiency (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) Optimise and expand keyword lists based on intent and performance data Restructure or refine ad groups to boost quality scores and relevance Review and suggest landing page improvements for conversion, speed, and UX Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GTM and GA4

What You'll Bring



2+ years in digital marketing (agency experience ideal) Strong knowledge of SEO and content strategy Experience managing or editing websites in WordPress Familiarity with SEMrush, GA4, GSC, Google Ads Strong communicator who can simplify insight for clients and team Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a hands-on mindset

Nice to Have



Google Ads certification Experience with UX, CRO or testing tools Industry-specific experience you can bring to the table
