We're looking for a highly skilled and client-focused SEO professional to join us. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful SEO strategies for new, high-profile clients, playing a crucial role in their success from day one.

This position will require flexibility with working hours to accommodate meetings with US clients, and occasionally traveling to the US.

Responsibilities

Lead SEO strategy and execution for key clients, encompassing comprehensive audits, in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page optimization (content, meta tags, internal linking) and off-page SEO efforts. Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives, including optimizing for featured snippets and rich results, ensuring our clients dominate the AI landscape. Proactively manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. This includes effectively communicating complex SEO and AEO concepts, managing expectations, and navigating challenging conversations with demanding clients. Continuously monitor and analyze SEO performance using advanced tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), translating data into clear insights and strategic next steps for clients. Collaborate closely with development teams to implement technical SEO improvements and ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

----------------

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong track record of boosting organic rankings, increasing traffic, and conducting deep technical audits to deliver real results. Excellent client-facing communication skills, including building reports, simplifying complex ideas, managing expectations, and effectively navigating difficult conversations with high-value clients. Solid knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and proven ability to apply it effectively. Flexible to work US hours when needed, and willing to travel occasionally. Proficient in leading SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) with a good grasp of HTML, CSS, and web development basics. * Previous agency experience, especially with US clients, is a strong advantage.
