Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Catastrophic Injury Lawyer with significant experience in motorbike accident claims. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a specialist team handling complex, life-changing injury cases, often involving brain, spinal, or orthopaedic trauma.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing serious injury matters from instruction to settlement or trial and will bring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Take a lead role in managing a caseload of serious and catastrophic injury matters, particularly arising from motorcycle accidents. Conduct in-depth investigations and work alongside accident reconstruction experts, medical professionals, and counsel. Build and present compelling cases through detailed evidence gathering, including quantum analysis and expert opinion. Negotiate settlements with insurers and defendant solicitors, always prioritising the best possible outcome for clients. Prepare high-quality legal documents and ensure full compliance with procedural requirements. Provide empathetic, practical advice to clients and their families throughout the litigation process. Keep up to date with legal developments and evolving best practices in catastrophic injury and motorbike claims.

Candidate Profile

Qualified solicitor with extensive post-qualification experience in serious/catastrophic personal injury law. Strong background in handling complex motorbike accident claims. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and care. Experience managing high-value claims involving long-term care, rehabilitation, and significant damages. Strategic, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with a commitment to achieving the best outcome for each client. A strong team player with the ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
