Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. The Server will play a vital role in upholding food safety standards and promoting our menu offerings through effective upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any needs or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas Assist with food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed, adhering to food safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills are advantageous Familiarity with serving techniques, guest services, and upselling strategies will be beneficial Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods effectively Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
