Overview

We are looking for some shiny happy smiley people to come and be the face of Nam Ploy at CMQ. Taking orders, running food, keeping the place tidy, etc.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Assist in basic food preparation as needed, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
