hospitality or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of all food items Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed Handle guest enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Basic maths skills for bill calculation and cash handling Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: 12.21-15.64 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
