We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, offering assistance with menu selections. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented beautifully. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with basic food preparation as needed during busy periods. Handle payments accurately using basic maths skills to process transactions efficiently.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for customers. Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous, particularly in food preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
