Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess a strong understanding of restaurant operations. Duties

Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including tables, stations, and dining spaces Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as required Handle payments accurately and provide receipts to guests Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable Familiarity with serving procedures, guest services, and upselling strategies will be beneficial Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions effectively Kitchen or culinary experience can be an added advantage but is not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
