We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and surrounding areas
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently
Assist with setting up dining areas before service and clearing after closing
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
Handle guest payments accurately, including processing cash or card transactions
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is mandatory.
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable
Familiarity with serving procedures, guest services, and upselling strategies will be beneficial
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards guests
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Spanish Language is advantageous.
