Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding hospitality while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately taken and served promptly.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, using basic maths skills for billing purposes. Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards, ensuring attention to detail in presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to strict food safety guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables while providing attentive service to each guest.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but training will be provided. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to provide excellent customer service are essential qualities for this role.
