Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Prepare and deliver accurate checks to customers
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Preparation of desserts and hot drinks

Skills:
- Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Excellent guest service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including the kitchen area
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs promptly
- Upselling abilities to increase sales and enhance the dining experience for customers
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly and welcoming demeanor towards guests
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking, bill calculation, and cash handling
