We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding hospitality and service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied during their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience for guests. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and utensils.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services. Previous restaurant experience preferred, ideally in a similar role. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
