Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure timely delivery of orders and check in with guests to confirm satisfaction Handle payments accurately using the POS system and provide correct change or receipts Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties as needed, adhering to food safety standards Provide excellent guest service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Familiarity with serving techniques, food preparation, and basic culinary principles Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and upselling techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
