Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused server to join our team at Vox Karaoke Cocktail Bar. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional karaoke and drinking experience to our guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers receive outstanding service from the moment they enter our establishment, to the time they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including dietary options. Serve food and drinks to customers in their rooms, ensuring guests receive outstanding service and maintaining high presentation standards. Monitor rooms to anticipate guests' needs and respond to their requests efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of rooms, including diligent preparation for groups of guests. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally when necessary. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service operations. Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Must be 18+. Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
