Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and served, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings, is highly valued. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in accordance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions confidently Build positive guest relations by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly Ideally barista experience All round staff would be good if they can take instructions and can do basic duties in the kitchen

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as square Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability is often required Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/host roles, or food preparation is advantageous Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and contribute positively to team sales goals
