Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Experience in serving or guest services will be beneficial in this role. A background in culinary or kitchen experience can enhance your effectiveness as a Server. Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
