Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a passion for providing outstanding guest services. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable visit.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take accurate food and drink orders, using basic maths skills to process transactions efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to culinary standards and hygiene regulations. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to team success. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
