This is an exciting opportunity to join a family owned and run business where we are trying to build a good reputation in food quality and customer service. We have now won the Trip Advisors Travellers Choice Award 3 years running and were awarded Bronze in the casual dining category of the Official Staffordshire Tourism Awards 2025 & have retained the travellers' choice award on TripAdvisor for the last 3 years running.

For this position specifically we are looking for people with prior experience in hospitality (specifically a pub or restaurant environment) although training can be offered for those that are new to this industry that show a keen interest and strong work ethic but having prior proven experience will be considered a huge bonus.

This is a part time weekend position for the period between now & new year then beyond into the new year as well, therefore we are looking for someone capable of joining us for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sundays, to work as part of a flexible rota. It could be a few hours here and there or set shifts each week, these could be lunch & or evening shifts depending on business demand, so before applying you must be flexible in being able to work a wide variety of times over the weekend. Hours offered will depend on your availability, flexibility, experience and ability to fit into our rota

We are also looking for a part time pot washer to fill in some gaps at the weekends, if you or someone you know might be interested in that position then please apply for that post separately.

In this position you will; be a food and drink runner, clean & set tables as well as potentially take orders from customers

you have sufficient experience or show the right attitude. You MUST BE 17+ for this position, the reason being due to the potential hours that might be offered.

You MUST have you own reliable transport, please note there are no public buses to our location & taxis are expensive so anyone stating either as their method of getting here will be rejected.
