We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and manage multiple tasks efficiently will contribute significantly to our restaurant's success.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent guest services. Previous restaurant experience preferred, with an understanding of serving etiquette. Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Kitchen experience or culinary background is an advantage but not essential. Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
