Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. As a member of the bar staff, you will play a crucial role in the overall guest experience, showcasing your culinary skills and hospitality expertise.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, while adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of culinary techniques. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries or requests promptly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience for guests. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary skills is essential. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently. Effective time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous but not mandatory. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
