Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in food preparation as required, contributing to a seamless service experience. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Manage stock levels effectively, reporting any shortages or issues to management. Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills, with a focus on guest services and teamwork within the culinary setting. A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences for guests is highly desirable.

Pay: 12.20-12.42 per hour
