We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Server/Barista to help oversee the operations of our exciting restaurant and wine bar, with potential to grow with our company as we open more sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant service, wine led bars and will have a proactive, hands on approach with lots of enthusiasm and experience of managing a small team. A love of wine and oysters is a bonus.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve repeat customer visits, working with the local community
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure beautiful food production and delivery
- On-going learning about our wines and oysters so we can share the knowledge with our customers
- Previous experience in barista, kitchen operations, or food preparation.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Culinary background is a plus
