Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers have a memorable visit. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to food safety are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations when needed. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Support catering events as needed, providing excellent service in various settings.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices. Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Barista skills are an advantage but not essential. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during busy periods.

Previous experience in serving and hospitality roles Proficiency in food preparation and catering services Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members Restaurant experience, including bartending and barista skills Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
