We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Server/Barista to join our team. As a Server/Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages.

Candidates must have previous Server and Barista experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Greet guests and show them to their seats Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and all tables in the shop, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, including cakes and pastries, while adhering to health regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 12.55 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 32 per week
