Overview

We are seeking a person that can work within our bar/restaurant that also has a clean driving licence also able to do administration work.

Duties

Serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely and efficient manner. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns. Upsell drinks and food items to enhance the overall guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation and pre packing Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve culinary skills and knowledge of beverage offerings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Basic understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive approach to upselling and assisting guests with their needs. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
