As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and preparation.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide an exceptional service experience, including upselling food and drink items. Assist in food preparation as needed, following food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service efficiency.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary experience is an advantage. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours. Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
