Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times. Engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service while taking orders efficiently. Upsell food and drink items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in food preparation areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating strong hospitality skills. Knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling payments and processing orders accurately. A proactive attitude towards upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
