We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced wait and Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also engaging with customers to enhance their experience, making it memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and report any shortages to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a safe working environment. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments. Ensure table service of food and drink is done correctly.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is advantageous. Experience in serving or bar work is beneficial, along with any culinary or kitchen experience. Strong time management skills are essential for maintaining efficiency during busy periods. Excellent guest service skills are required to create a positive atmosphere for patrons. A willingness to engage in upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively. Pay: 12.21-14.37 per hour
