Responsibilities

Serve beverages and food items to guests in a timely manner while ensuring high standards of service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils. Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and enhance their experience. Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating strong hospitality skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Strong guest service orientation with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Pay: 12.21-14.37 per hour
