Job Summary

We are looking for a fun and passionate team members to join us in looking after our guests from behind the bar and on the floor , you will need to have a passion for Hospitality or want to learn all about it ,we are looking for nice people that like people .

Duties

Engage with guests , providing excellent service while taking drink/and food orders and offering recommendations. Upsell additional items such as food and special promotions to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist in food preparation as needed, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.

Requirements

Previous experience in a but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. A friendly outlook with the ability to engage positively with customers while providing service . Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the pubs needs.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
