As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for tab calculations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service for all customers.

Experience

Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred but not essential. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Basic math skills are necessary for handling payments and tab calculations. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
