Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and keeping the workspace tidy. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is essential. Familiarity with food safety practices is an advantage, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Basic math skills are necessary for managing transactions effectively. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this role.
