Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar & dining area Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery. Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention.

Requirements

Previous experience in a pub / bar / restaurant setting is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A passion for culinary arts and providing outstanding guest services is highly desirable.

Pay: 11.50 per hour
