We're looking for our next serving superstar to join the team, after two of our amazing servers/bartenders have moved cities.
We are looking for someone that will be happy to be cross trained across both the bar and the floor as we are a super dynamic, all hands in crew. We look after each other and have team work at the forefront of each service, and so if you only have experience in one, but are keen to expand and learn, we can provide you with those skills.
All we ask is that you're curious, passionate and fanatical.
The restaurant specialises in using the finest seafood caught on the British coastline in order to create a unique and beautiful dining experience. The recently renovated building has made a statement in the Hammersmith restaurant scene.

2 AA rosettes
and two other restaurant awards in our first year and a half trading.

We are an independent business with a small, but experienced team who have been working together for a long time. So you will have lots of support and experience surrounding you.
Our focus is on serving the best fish & shellfish that we can source from our suppliers across Britain.
This means that we can always have a fresh and seasonal menu that is constantly changing, but never too big.

Responsibilities
You will be working with the GM & AGM on a day to day basis. No one works more than 45 hours. We want you to be fresh and look forward to coming to work. The successful applicant will;
Have previous serving or bartending experience in a busy, food led environment
An understanding of seafood & is a must with enthusiasm and passion to build on knowledge
Be able to serve tables or make cocktails with confidence & love speaking with guests
Have the ability to deliver high standards consistently
Have great communication and organisation skills
Have the ability to closely work with the boh team
Have high standards of health and hygiene
Be a great team player
Planning to grow their hospitality career and be in it for the long haul
