Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall dining experience. Your ability to engage with guests and provide recommendations will be key in enhancing their visit.

Responsibilities



Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained. Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices.

Skills



Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous. Excellent upselling abilities to promote menu items effectively. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred. Exceptional time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
