As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring exceptional guest service. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations. Upsell drinks and food items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Assist with food preparation as needed, working closely with the kitchen staff. Maintain an organised bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Requirements

:

Proven experience in a bartending role or similar hospitality position is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts. A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
