Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Servers and bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and uphold the highest standards in our American-style sports restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverages Take customer orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism Process payments using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.) Clear and reset tables between guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in customer service is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling payments and change. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
