We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to licensing laws. Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, ensuring high standards of culinary presentation. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and drink measurements. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment. A passion for the restaurant industry, with an eagerness to learn about new drinks and trends in hospitality.
