Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender / food sever to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Bartender/ server, you will be responsible for serving food and drink to our tables, providing excellent service, and ensuring that our patrons have a memorable time in our establishment. Applicants must be over 18 as bar work involved.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to provide seamless service during busy periods. Uphold high standards of hospitality by being attentive to customer needs and responding promptly to requests for help. Manage time effectively during shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong basic maths skills for handling cash and making change accurately. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices relevant to bar operations. Good time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service in a restaurant or bar setting serving tables, job involves clean duties and kp work 3 full days off
