Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering insightful suggestions based on our extensive menu. Serve dishes and beverages promptly, while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any enquiries or special requests with efficiency and enthusiasm. Anticipate and fulfil guests' needs throughout their dining experience, demonstrating attentiveness and a genuine desire to exceed expectations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably with knowledge of Italian cuisine. Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members, both verbally and non-verbally. Excellent multitasking abilities to prioritise tasks in a dynamic setting without compromising quality. Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the dining area. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry. Knowledge of wine and beverage service is a plus.
