We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent service throughout their visit. Take orders accurately, handle cash or card payments, and operate the till efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Assist in setting up for special events or themed nights to enhance guest experience. Monitor guest behaviour to promote a safe environment for all patrons.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable. Excellent serving skills with a friendly demeanour and strong communication abilities. Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately. Good time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A personable attitude with a genuine interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction.
